Moo-Less Chocolate Dessert
2 cups of chocolate chips.
1/3 cup liqueur (I used Cointrea or Triple Sec, Kahlua is good)
1 carton silken tofu (it must be silken)
1 t. vanilla
1 T. honey
Place a small metal bowl over a saucepan with simmering water. Melt the
chocolate in a bowl. (I use the microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes).
Combine the tofu and liqueur in blender jar and liquefy until smooth.
Add the chocolate and remaining ingredients. blend again.
Pour into ramekins and chill for 2 hours. or until set.
